Start with your project, then build the shortlist
Use this comparison to decide which sign suppliers to contact for a Toronto or Etobicoke project. Start with the service you need—storefront identification, window graphics, vehicle branding or event displays—then check each provider’s published range and location. Ask the shortlisted businesses to confirm the scope they can deliver at your site.
This comparison checks published services and locations, reviewed on September 15, 2026. It does not assess workmanship, customer satisfaction, pricing or availability, and does not report firsthand project experience.

Make each quotation answer the same brief
Give each shortlisted provider the same brief and ask it to confirm the services it would perform directly, any work by others, the site-visit arrangements and the proposed dates. Record exclusions and unanswered questions in a separate column for each business.
Use the quoted scope to check fit with your project. A published service menu is a starting point for an enquiry; confirm the proposed specification, responsibilities and availability directly.
For the specification itself, use the guide for planning a storefront sign, window coverage and material choices or vehicle wraps versus decals, then send that brief to the shortlisted suppliers.
Clarify responsibilities before approving artwork
Ask each supplier who would verify site conditions, coordinate required approvals, approve the artwork and arrange installation. Confirm what its quotation includes and which decisions remain with you or the property owner. These answers help distinguish otherwise similar published service ranges.
For a storefront proposal, the storefront sign planning guide sets out the site information, proof checks and installation details to settle.
Use location to plan the handover
A nearby address can make a visit or collection convenient, but ask what the project actually requires. Some jobs may need a site meeting; others may involve a vehicle booking or delivery of portable graphics. Confirm where each step will happen and whether you need an appointment.
When the business has more than one location, explain the rollout sequence. Ask who will maintain the artwork versions, which measurements must be checked locally and how installation records will be returned to you. These are useful coordination questions even when every item comes from the same supplier.
Choose the clearest fit
Create a simple comparison sheet with one column per provider and rows for scope, exclusions, responsibilities, proposed dates and questions still unanswered. Record the date of each conversation. Distinguish a suggested production window from a confirmed installation booking, especially if your opening depends on other work finishing first.
A useful final choice is the proposal you can explain back in plain language: what will be made, where it will go, who will approve it and what will happen next. Resolve important blanks in writing before paying a deposit or authorizing production.
